From November 15-17th, 2024, we are hosting our next silent retreat at Wongema. Joining this retreat is the perfect opportunity to unwind and better understand how silence can profoundly benefit your well-being.

Yoga: Every day, we start with a Hatha Yoga session, and end with a Yin Yoga session in the evening.
Meditation: We will meditate 2 to 3 times a day for around 30 minutes per meditation session. Guided meditations will be alternated by silent meditation sessions, in which you will be able to dive even deeper into the silence.
Healthy food: We will provide 3 vegetarian meals a day along with some healthy snacks. Also, tea and fruits are provided.
Reflection: There will be several moments during the retreat where you will have 'me-time'; time to reflect, to go inwards, to relax, and to connect with yourself and with the silence. Moreover, we will have a guided journaling session that is intended to help you go deeper within.
Additionally, we will support you throughout the program by helping you deal with the silence. We will provide tips and tricks, and the yoga and meditation sessions will also support you in your process. Whether or not it is your first time in silence, the program is designed to guide you.
