If you want to try silence for just one day, our silent days may be a good option! Our next silent day is August 3rd, 2024 at the Yoga Wieteke in Groningen. During this day, you will have plenty of time to reconnect with yourself, cultivate inner stillness, and gain first insight into the benefits of silence.

Yoga: A silent day includes a Hatha Yoga session to get us started and a Yin Yoga session to land into the here and now.
Introduction to breathing techniques and meditation: We will provide you with some basic breathing techniques that you can use to influence your nervous system whenever you need it. Additionally, we will introduce you to some essential meditation techniques that you can start practicing during a silent meditation session later in the day and integrate into your daily practice at home.
Journaling session: In the journaling session, you are invited to go deeper and reflect on several aspects of your life. We will guide you through a journaling practice that will provide more clarity and insight.
Healthy lunch: We will provide a salad, soup, and bread with spreads. There will also be plenty of tea, fruits, and some nuts.
Whether or not it is your first time in silence, the silent day is designed to help you 'check in' with yourself in a more profound way than you normally would.
